Archive
ePhotoAlbum is designed to let the user organize large quantities of image over a long period of time. The Archive feature allows the user to remove specific portions of the photo album from the web server, without removing them from the photo album. For example if the user has a branch of the album which contains last years images, this branch can be archived to free up space on the web server for new images. The archived portions of the photo album can always be viewed from within ePhotoAlbum, and can be unarchived at any time. Archived items are displayed with the hard drive icon as shown in the above image.
To archive a portion of the photo album, select the root item of the portion to be archived, in the Photo Album Bar. The selected item and all of it's children will be archived. Select Edit - Archive from the menu bar.
